I had bypass surgery. The counselor said that we could chew gum. I have false teeth this gum doesn't stick to mine. So I try to keep it. It helps me to keep from getting hungry. It is a bubble mint gum. It blows bubbles good too.I would recommend it to help with hunger.

There is nothing to dislike about this gum, for sure!! It has a great flavor, and it seems to last a while, of course I do put 3 pieces in at a time ,but lasts for some time before the flavor goes out of it.
