Q: Will this fit a 4 quart stand mixer (ie. Kitchenaid Artisan Mini) and a crockpot?

Yes it should fit nicely. I have a crock pot on my bottom shelf (4qt) and then my mixing bowls on shelf above. I would just put the mixer on the top shelf due to height. Hope this helps. Enjoy 😀

It does wobble a quit bit but I had my ninja foodie, and all my cast iron pans on there and they was used often. Definitely close to 200 lbs. we ended up anchoring to the wall due to I was afraid it would fall.
