Overall I'm happy with the way these frames turned out, but there are some things to note because they required extra work and extra purchases:- These are low cost frames. The plastic screen is pretty thin, I feel like you could easily snap it taking the protective covering off if you're not careful. It also scratches very easily - I managed to accidentally mark mine with a nail. Also the little metal clips that hold the backboard in are quite flimsy; I think if you open and closed them more than a few times they would very quickly break.- The fixing supplied is a single eyelet that must be screwed in.. somewhere.. and I have no idea how you're expected to do this in a way that will actually be useful/not visible when the picture is hanging on a wall.I ended up buying some D rings and picture cord separately, and also taping up the back with brown paper tape to make the backboard more secure. They look pretty pro now (in my humble opinion!), but I do not consider the frames to be hangable straight out of the box as it were. They also came wrapped in rather a lot of plastic which was kind of annoying.

so bought four of these, the first batch to arrive with clip in hangers that do not work, they bend all over the place and are visable from the front. But these are good value and you can use other methods to fix them up like a metal angle bracket and screw directly into the top the frame. Second batch we ordered, they have put hangers attached to the rear of the back board, which is a copy of Ikeas technique, works ok but they have two hangers so you would have to get two fixings in your wall perfectly alighned to get this straight, why bother when one will do, this is not heavy. Once they have sorted out their fixing method these will be good. In the meantime we will canniblise parts from the earlier frames or use metal "L" shaped brackets for fixing.

I wanted some non-standard size frames, and asked Retail King if they could make the size I needed. They confirmed that they could and gave me a price. I ordered the frames and they were quickly delivered.The frames are fine for what I need (framing panoramic photos). They are the size and finish I requested.If you want high quality frames you should probably look for something else, but they are what I expected and I'm happy with them. Certainly worth considering if you want custom-made frames that won't cost you a fortune.

This was a large frame; it arrived fine and it's all as expected, a frame with small metal tangs to hold the back in place, a hardboard back and acrylic 'glass' with protective film on both sides. However, the frame is very thin and on a frame this size the small floating clips supplied to hang it cannot be used. Anything trying to hang this from the top just bends the frame top. It will need to be hung with screws in the side, or sticky tangs on the sides, etc.

I have purchased two now, A5 frames, the first one was perfect as the inside was 21cm , but the second one arrived an its 19cm? I use these to display English old White £5 notes and are perfect, but saddened to get my second one arrive and the size is wrong.. Regarding qauilty yes they are great value, but crikey sort your supplier out!

It was plastic not glass

A2 frames come with a tiny removable fixture that is unable to hold up a frame with a single print and flicks off by itself when trying to hand onto a picture hook. Misleading photo in description where it shows fixtures are attached, note this is for the small A4 Frame only and should be removed by the seller to avoid confusion on the A2 listing. You will need to hammer your own fixtures into the wooden frame for this to be useable. Really, the seller should supply appropriate fixtures for the size frame they are selling as they are not fit for purpose.

This picture fraim is lightweight, the value for money is good based on the amount you pay, but it's sturdiness is a little disappointing.You are able to hang the frame however I am not sure I would trust it to be hung without the fraim bending.I baught it for the map that I put in it so it does the job I need it to do. Al in all in am happy with my perches I just wouldn't buy It for a picture that you out high value on.
