Nice size! Small but perfect for smaller body parts.
Love the Velcro straps to keep the ice pack in place. Hubby uses on his back and neck but I use them like sandals as I relax in the evening for foot pain. Don’t need to use a towel because it doesn’t sweat or get to cold on the bare skin.

I use this on my hip and lower back. Works great. Perfect size. Does not come with a cover, just a Velcro strap to hold it in place. I use it cold only. I wish it had a cover, but other than that it is great. Will keep using.

Great hot and cold therapy
These are awesome. Great size and you can heat in microwave or cool in refrigerator or freezer.Definitely recommend. Good buy!

Pay attention to measurements - very small
This therapy gel pack is certainly functional, and works well. It is smaller than I expected it to be. I have migraines and wrap ice packs from my neck to the affected eye. This one won't reach that far. So if you have a very specific use in mind, like I did, be sure it's going to fit your needs.

These are easy to use and unlike ice, cause less irritation at the application site.

Ordered and paid for two, only received one. So my opinion did not start off very well. I think it’s a nice product. We will use it. Would be a good gift for a family member.

Works as expected
I like the size and the fact that it comes with adjustable/Velcro straps that can be used to apply to whatever part of the body it is required. I have only used it so far as a cold pack and it worked well.

Stays cold long. 2 different sides, soft on one and vinyl like side, cold and colder. Love it.

Good, high quality ice pack
I bought this because I have horrible migraines and ice sometimes helps and most ice packs get too warm after 30 minutes or so. This one does stay cold and flexible for about 2 hours which is great. My only criticism is the provided strap doesnt work well because it attaches to the fabric side, which is the only side I can put on my head as the smooth side gets very wet and icy. If there was a more comfortable way to attach and keep on I would give it 5 stars. If you're like me and use ice for your migraines these are very high quality and have so far not gotten broken or anything which is great. I have not tried them warm as I have enough good heat packs so I have no need for them warm.
