Make sure you know what you're getting - it's not really for playing.
This is a very cool marble run. My issue with it is not that it's difficult to build (it is) or the instructions are not correct (they are not). My issue is that it only has one configuration. So, you spend 1-2 hours building it, then you can't really play with it any more. There is no taking it apart and putting it in another configuration. After you finally getting it working, you won't want to mess with it (even if you could).I think calling this 4+ is not appropriate. I Would call it 6+.It's still very cool, and works pretty well.

Great idea but poor execution
My 9yo son was very excited to receive this for Christmas. It was actually the first thing he wanted to play with and declared "I want to get one of these for my birthday too". Alas, the excitement faded when it was completed and we couldn't get the marbles to run as they were supposed to. The plastic is just too flimsy. They have some ties that keep certain parts elevated but in my opinion they do not have enough. Several parts of the track required someone to hold them up so the marble would make it to the next run. It is also very easy to knock over as the bases are narrow. When we were done try to make it run right my son said "I don't want another one of these for my birthday."

Just what he was looking for
My 9 year old son had been searching for a marble run that was continuous (he already owns the Quadrilla Marble Maze and enjoys it a great deal but it "stops" at the end of the run). I was concerned about the level of difficulty assembling it but it took him and his 13 year older brother about two hours. The size is manageable (large but not taking up an entire room) and tall but not taller than him. Quality seems decent (was already bumped into and knocked over but back up and running in less than 5 min) For the price, it is a great product.

Super Fun Marble Run
Great project for my seven year old and me. Definitely helps build dexterity of little fingers, as well as teaching the importance of consulting a manual. Super fun, but prepare yourself for a time commitment.

I have been searching for a marble run toy for my kids (and myself). This was really hard to put together with poor instructions. I never actually finished over a few days and became so frustrated that I threw it away. Waste of a lot of money. Marble runs should be simpler and fun to put together.

Fun to put together, not much to do after that.
Pretty cool. Took some time to put together which is where most of the fun comes from. After assembling with the kids, we left it together and they played with it for a few days and haven't touched it since.

A great company
Excellent product, and I am very impressed by this company's attention to the customer. They have gone beyond expectations to ensure customer satisfaction, and my son loves putting the marbles in it at different places.

Good for the reduced price I paid
Not terribly sturdy. Needs a lot of flexing to get everything all together. It is ok, but it seems like it should be mounted to a board or something to get it to sit really flat and work well.
