If you've never worn a waist cincher, this one definitely takes some getting used to. I started off wearing it an hour a day & worked my way up from there. I ended up returning this product because it wasn't what I was looking for. The company immediately responded to my email & returning it was a breeze. I would recommend this waist cincher although it wasn't for me

I like how it fits I just wish it was a little longer. Definitely follow their measurements I turned out to be a 3XL!

I just had a baby and ordered a waist cyncher. I oreder a 3x even though, I'm wearing 1x in clothing and it didn't even fit my mom who is a size medium. This waist cynchier is way off on its sizes.

I am really bummed, I order two sizes larger than what I normally wear and it still doesn't fit! ):< I've even lost a significant amount of weight and belly fat since I bought this garment, and I still can't even get the first hook on the eyelet workout feeling like I am too fat and squashed in like a cheap escort.
