Noticeable difference. I'm 59 and dealing with general mind fog and slow memory especially when lacking sleep. I've taken Ginko before and noticed a slight improvement, but with this stuff, you really can recall facts quickly. I get upset when I run out and haven't re-ordered any. I like having a clear quick memory and it's frustrating being at work without it.

I used this product before with "good results"...really wakes me up. Problem is I can only use it for 5 days or so before it becomes too much for me. Compared to other nootropics I've tried...it is a real bargain.Your result will likely vary...probably depends on where you are starting from...and what other supplements you take.My methodology when taking supplements is to start with one bottle...see how something works for me...and go from there. I'd be happier with maybe 1/2 the dose.
