What's the difference between this and your other product that is just k-2, and this one if more expensive than the other?

There are around 100 different forms of vitamin K-2 (within the Menaquinone family-each designated "MK-#") available. Thus, if a bottle of vitamin K2 does not designate that it is "K-2 MK-7", then the form of vitamin K2 is most likely MK-1 or MK-4, both of which are quite inexpensively manufactured synthetically.  Also, MK-7 is: harvested from NATTO (MK-7 is naturally produced by the bacteria that grow on fermented soy beans aka: NATTO); about 20 times more efficient/effective than other forms of vitamin K-2; and, though the bottles may say "contains soy", we've never heard of anyone having a soy reaction to MK-7 because it is harvested from the bacteria from NATTO not the soy itself.  Respectively, when we buy vitamin K-2, we only use MK-7.

Question 2

The manufacturer produces 3 different forms of k2 mk-7.  the question is why do they not specify clearly which form this is???

This is not a common question, we don’t specify on our labels. The manufacturer of MenaQ7® makes 4 types: NOW offers the “Natural MK-7” fermented from chickpeas. Other products offered by the same producer include a second type made from soybeans (“Natto MK-7”), a third one that’s a nature-identical synthetic and not made from fermented beans (“PharmaPure MK-7”), and a fourth one that provides several isomers (MK-6, MK-7, and MK-9) derived from fermented chickpeas (“Full Spectrum K2).

Are the pictures from two different bottles? Gelatin is absolutely not Vegetarian.

The front of the bottle that I was sent says "60 veg capsules."  The back of the bottle shows that "Gelatin" is one of the "other ingredients."

gow many mgs does each pill contain?

100 mcg is one tenth of a milligram for vit K2 and there is also 2 mg of vitamin C. Informed consumers would also want to take some Vit A and Vit D (a min of 2000 IU) along with plenty of Calcium and Magnesium in the diet or pills to have the Vit K do its work.
