Nice wood, well cut, most were straight or almost straight.

Second time ordering. Lumber is perfect, no cracks or knots anywhere. Wood is milled very nice. For what this is, I couldnt be happier. Very high quality. Perfect for wood projects, especially if yoy dont have alot of milling equipment. All the pieces are the correct dimensions.

If you are looking for some quick material to make a cutting board or two this is about as easy as it gets. Nicely planed and sanded boards that are about 90% ready to go right out of the box. Not every board is perfect so some may need to be run through the table saw/jointer and I think out of the two boxes I have purchased, there were maybe two boards I could not use. I have made three cutting boards out of the pieces I have received (approx 10" wide) and I think I have enough for at least one more, possibly two. Great product!

I ordered this to make cutting boards, and was pretty happy with what I got. The woods came in the expected numbers and types of wood. The pieces were all within 1/8 inch in each dimension, and nearly perfectly straight. Two or three pieces had small but noticeable circular saw blade marks on one side, but I was generally able to put those pieces in an order that kept that from interfering with my woodworking. I divided up the pieces into thirds and made three cutting boards (two with thin decorative strips I got elsewhere, one a longer and narrower board with walnut on the ends) , and then a tiny little cheese board with the walnut cutoffs. The price and quality were good enough that I've ordered a second batch.

I’ve purchased this wood 3 times from this company. It is easy and convenient wood for DIY’ers that do not have proper power tools to mill and plane their own wood. I have found the wood quality, thickness, and planning of the wood to be consistent. Very few of the boards are bowed and even so, they are slightly bowed. I have used this wood for cutting boards both as a long edge and end grain edge and both cuts of wood have held up quite well over the last 3 years

Good first view of the product. I have just received it and the sticks are cut cleanly and match the published dimensions. Maple and cherry are hard to be distinguished though.

The wood is beautiful and a easy to use. It came ready to laminate! No need to plane, joint or sand. My only suggestion would be to have the board length 17 or 18 inches long for making guitar bodies. As you can see in the pictures. the bridge is close to the end of the bass guitar body. A 20" option would be great as most bass body styles need more length.

Lovely wood

I ordered this wood so that I’d have some variation in colour for a cutting board I plan to make. I took it to my friend who is teaching me and discovered that the wood isn’t squire at all and it is very expensive for what it is. Looks nice though and I hope to make a cross cut board with it.

6 of the boards were bowed pretty good. Better off going to your local lumber yard and picking your own. I got a pretty nice size board out of what was usable though.
