The Mortal Instruments City of Bones Jaces Stele with Uv Rune Light & Pen

Ordered for my daughter after reading the series of a certain book. And she loves it. Its two different pens. One is a reg pen with black light and one that you have to use black light to see which comes with it. Its really cool if you know or understand the series of books if not its something cool for kids to use anyways. They look like rock wands! Thanks

I am a gigantic Mortal Instruments fan and had to get this when i saw it. I ordered it and it came within 4 days, so I was extremely pleased. May have to get another one for a birthday because someone i know loves it like I do! If you are thinking about buying this, you definitely should! i especially love the invisible ink and light!

Thought the stele and boom was funny, but the button for the led needs to be higher. The pen part broke when trying to put it in the stele as instructed so that needs work

The size, shape, and quality for the price is AWESOME! A MUST have for any TMI series fan! It is a replica of Jace's stele from the movie. I bought because I'm a huge TMI fan and to use with my Halloween Costume this year. I was sooooo excited and impressed when I opened the package up and held it in my hand.

I purchased this for my wife as a Christmas gift & she loved it!It's light weight but made fairly well. My only gripe is that the interchangeable tips, at least on this particular one, was troublesome when changing. The pen tip actually fell into the plastic mount. I would suggest deciding on one tip & leaving that one on the Stele.The Reveal light & ''hidden writing'' effect actually works very well & is pretty cool. I wouldn't buy this with the intention of using it though. This is more of a display item, as that's what my wife uses it for, than something to actually use.Over all a great collectable to display with the rest of your Mortal Instruments merch, but would not suggest switching the tips too often. If at all.

The tip lights up just like the one in the movie - albeit, not quite as bright :)The rune book is flimsy, but nice. The tips are a little difficult to change, but I guess that's better than being loose and falling out. My daughter uses it to do her homework :)

Daughter is a HUGE Mortal Instruments fan. She and her friend dressed up as Clary and Isabelle for Halloween. Bought this for her costume. The crystal end lights up. The silver/plastic body is a tad cheap. She loved it and all her Cassandra Clare friends approved it.

This is crap. I just got mine and the pen is just a pen, It is cheep, and not made well. The light is just a flashlight, doesnt even work with my disapearing ink. I tried to write on paper and it just came out black. All I have to say is this is a BIG RIP OFF!! Dont buy it unless you want to be disapointed
