Kit lacked passenger side front rotor. Amazon will make it right.
I did not like receiving an incomplete kit. It lacked new passenger side front rotor. Also, the springs that hold the rear brake pads did not fit my Kia Sorento EX even though this kit was indicated as comparable to OE.Update:I was able to get through to Amazon Customer Service. They will ship me a complete kit, cancel the requirement that I return the parts I had received, (this is good since I have already installed them!), and issue me a credit for the inconvenience I have incurred.I will need to wait about 6 weeks to receive the new kit. It is unclear why the first kit could arrive in 1 week, but the replacement kit will take 6 weeks.I do appreciate the almost 20% refund. I now need to find a single right front rotor and I will have enough parts for a compete brake job some time in the future!

Recomment Reading for KIa Sorento Owners
Cannot recommend these rotors and brakes. Installed them on my 2016 Kia Sorento. After installing the front rotors and brakes, all I got on the test ride was a lot of noise and grinding sounds. Came back and removed the calipers. The clips that hold the brakes were broken on both front calipers. Put the original equipment clips in and still getting loud squeal. Cannot determine if the problem is the rotors, brake pads or both. Planning on turning the OEM rotors and putting them back on with the new brake pads to see if the situation improves. This is an update to my first post. Changed the rating to reflect my current feelings. As it turns out, when I installed the OEM clip that are used to hold the brake pads they also hit the rotor. It appears the rotor is a slight bit bigger than the OEM rotor. There is very little clearance between them and the rotors. Thankfully I had a car mechanic relative who had seen this problem before and told me how to bend the clips a small amount to clear the rotors. He also mentioned the springs that are used to push the brake pads away from the rotor when the brakes are released to reduced wear also need to be bent. It appears when you install the caliper it presses down on the springs resulting in them hitting the rotor. He mention how to adjust them so they don't hit the rotor. Also recommend only installing the top spring and leave the bottom one off. After all the fine adjustments, the front brakes work like they are suppose to and are now quiet. Now it's off to replace the rear brakes. With what I've learned it should go without any problems.

Parts do not fit, out of spec and defective.
I purchased this full front and rear brake kit because it was a complete set, including all clips, and replaceable parts such as boots for the slide pins. Model and year Kia Sorento 2016. I did my front brakes first, everything seemed to go fine (I have done many brake jobs over 30 years). Took the car out to do the initial wear in and after the first time I applied the brakes, they started to squeal and never stopped. I went about 3 miles and returned to remove the tires and inspect. after some time investigating It turns out that the clips supplied are larger than the factory original clips, they actually touch the rotor on both sides. I had to disassemble both sides again to figure that out. Two of the clips had overheated and broken in half. I removed everything again, and reinstalled the original clips after a thorough cleaning. Rolled out again and everything was fine. A 2 hour job turned into a 6 hour job just to get the front end done.I intended to do both front and rear, but due to the excess time the front end took I had to wait till the next weekend to do the rear brakes. Well, I did the driver side rear, removed everything, skipped the clips as I didn't trust them and stuck with the originals. Went to clean up the caliper bracket and pulled the slide pin boots to replace. Guess what, the boots were the wrong ones so I had to leave the originals. OK that sucks, but they were still in decent shape. Installed the Rotor, bracket, compressed the caliper and tried to put it back on. Doesn't fit over the brake pads. Made sure the caliper was completely compressed tried again, can't get it on. Got the caliper, the brake pads and the rotor thickness was .085" wider the the space between the caliper and the cylinder. It was a Saturday, and I decided to take a chance and went to a local Auto Parts store and bought a set of Ceramic pads for my car. Took out the Power Stop pads, reinstalled the Auto Parts store pads (and their clips which fit perfectly), caliper slides right on. So due to other problems with the Power Stop parts, a 2 hour job turned into a 6 hour job requiring me troubleshoot sub par or incorrect parts and drive around to find replacements. The Rotors in this kit and perhaps the pads seem fine, but it is too early to tell. I paid more for this kit because it had all of the extra replacement parts. Unfortunately many of the extra parts, and in the case of the both the front and rear brakes, were all out of spec and didn't fit the car.I can't at all recommend these brake kits, avoid them.

90% Perfect
The kit came quickly and was exactly what I needed for my 2017 Kia Sorento. All pieces seemed to go together well and fit great until I got the wheels back on the front tires. After I completed the replacement, I drove for less than 5 miles listening to a grinding noise on the front wheels before I got back home and could inspect them again. All 4 metal shims on the front tires fit well except for one of the bends. This wrong bend made the new shims come in contact with the outer edge of the rotors. And this was the case for all 4 of them. One shim on each side ground the rotor enough to break it. After i got the tires back off, i could clearly see that the shims were in contact with the rotor. I took the "new" shims out and just put the old ones back in.In the pictures, the shiny silver one was the one that came with this kit, and the black one is the old one that is currently in my vehicle.Besides this problem with those 4 shims, everything fit great and works well. The new brakes feel nice and seem to perform better than the old ones. I don't suspect that this issue is the same for every kit sold, but it was a bummer that I had to use pieces from the old brakes in order to finish changing my brakes.
