Not suitable for anything other than a very small area
This product would be fine for example very small area, as shown in advert to hang round a sun umbrella, but as for spreading round the garden as a bird scarer, it doesn't work at all, the sparrows took no notice of them, and some even resting on them. So sadly I cannot give a good review because they didn't work for my garden.

Not sure they scare the birds but the wife likes them
Im not sue about repelling birds but the wife now has these having all over the garden. I can see me having to change the elastic stringy bits as they'll wear out in time.

Useless as bird deterrent
Don’t work as bird deterrent.I have 10 of these around the garden and they don’t scare the smallest birds to pigeons, who actually seem to enjoy them.
