I fitted this device to my standard ryobi cordless drill.It created the hole with ease in no time at all, for my daffodils bulbs.I planted 150 bulbs in less than 3 hours.Looking forward to spring.

This hole digger made the job so easy and quick everyone thinking of planting any bulbs should get one ASAP.

Used for drilling post holes not bad quality length is okay but the diameter is way off bought the 8x60 cm at best it’s 6cm give it a wiggle in the ground and it will do the job

The auger is designed to fit into an electric drill having a hexagonal top for the chuck to grip. As a side note, this ideally should be a mains powered drill or at least have a spare, charged battery to hand. The auger digs in very well and the ‘business end’ stands up to punishment well. That unfortunately cannot be said for the hexagonal end as this, in my case, quickly rounded making the augur unable to be driven and spinning in the chuck at quite low torque when for instance encountering damp clay soil or a small root. All this to say that, for the price, it has done its job, but don’t expect ‘industrial’ quality.

I finally used the smaller auger today to plant around 40 tulip bulbs. Put it on a battery operated drill which has high torque. On the lower speed, higher torque setting, it dug into the landscape beds almost too quickly without spitting out the dirt. So I put it on high speed and it worked better to discharge the soil. I was able to plant the 40 bulbs in just a few minutes. Pretty impressed and saved a lot of time digging with a hand trowel or hand bulb planter.

Mi aiutano principalmente per piantare i sostegni delle piante dell’orto. Chiaramente le loro prestazioni dipendono dall’attrezzo su cui vengono montate. Nel mio caso utilizzo un semplice trapano a batterie, E nonostante la mia terra sia un po’ argillosa e con qualche sasso al suo interno, funzionano e mi hanno decimato i tempi di esecuzione del lavoro, quindi le consiglio

tutto come descritto, forse l'attacco troppo fino.

La he utilizado para plantar mas de 30 plantones de uvas y muy bien.
