These or AirPods?
Got these for my wife. Bad luck with the first order: the volume of the right piece would not go above 5%-10% of the volume of the left piece. Returned and got a replacement pair. Tried to follow the instructions for pairing and the instructions simply do not work. The instructions say:Q: How to pair the earbuds with your device?A: Open the charging case, the earbuds auto power on and get ready to pair, then go to your audio device’s Bluetooth menu and select T12 to pair.Well, this worked neither on my LG V35, not on my wife's Moto G7 Power. Send them an email, but got no response so far. Asked a question on Amazon and got a reply that the device must be removed from the case and manually turned on. Okay this worked.Haven't checked the battery life, yet, but I first wanted to compare this $25 device to my daughter's $130 AirPods. So I turned on Katy Perry's "Dark Horse" using HSPRO on my LG V35 and AirPods on my daughters iPhone SE (both using Plex) and off the start the AirPods did sound better: deeper bass did make a difference. I then tried to tweak Equalizer on the LG, but somehow everything sounded so bad that I thought of returning them (and I tried all presets including custom). Then I turned them off for a bit and when I turned them back on, the sound switched to short of amazing. I seriously cannot hear much of a difference between Hspro and AirPods (the $130 version). So, after initial hiccups, the first impression is pretty good. Thought of buying myself a pair but decided to get another model (a black one so I can distinguish them from my wife's and also see which one would be better). One other thing I want to mention: form factor of the AirPods is better. At least I like it better: they are a bit smaller and more rounded. Something to keep in mind. To me, it would not justify the $100 price difference. Now, let's see how ell they perform in the long run.P.S. It's unfortunate that the case uses Micro-USB and not a USB-C port.

Forget about high end / high priced earbuds. Buy those one instead !
With all that's happening lately, it's important to keep fit and thus, have the perfect earbuds to wear while exercising. Those deliver impeccable comfort and sound, which is great for powering through a workout or making a morning commute more bearable.I owned many model of earbuds before, along with the pricey but quite good Beats ones, to other mid priced ones. But so far, those are my favorite wireless earbuds, thanks to a sleek design, good sound quality, seamless fit, and up to 30 hours of battery life at a VERY reasonable price point. The battery is actually so awesome that I still haven't charged them yet since I bought them. To be fair, I don't use them a lot every day, but still impressive non the less. I didn't take note of how long those have been used since, but I am sure I am not far, if not even more, than those advertised 30 hours. Also LOVE the fact that you can charge them in their case. That's super convenient, and a great idea to be able to charge those without even thinking about it, or making some specific efforts to charge those. On the other hand, I love when a set comes with storage case, because balling them up, shoving them into a pocket, and then untangling them each time you want to listen does more to wear them out prematurely than just about anything else really.Pairing with my Samsung S10 was also a breeze right out of the box. And because of how they look and their white color, my friends keep asking me about "when did I buy those new Apple ear-pods?" now ! :D

4 Stars - Almost But Not Quite
I would have given this 5 Stars but sound quality was just a tad below crisp/clear, the button is limited to just pausing or accepting a call (no volume option that I could control), the battery life seem kind of short (I barely used it for an hour as I tried it on at work where I can't use it continuously), and the directions was easy but missing 1 step. I had to fiddle with it for a little while until I accidentally tapped one of its button and it synced, FINALLY! FORTUNATELY, it is inexpensive so if I were to misplace one, it won't hurt my wallet that much and it would be easy to replace quickly, it works as it should, it fits comfortably in my ear, case is easy to store and not at all heavy. I would consider giving this as a present for someone who might enjoy tangle-free earphones.

Long battery life 4 to 5 hours per use
The sound is very good especial for what you pay. Battery life - I've had them last for about 4 to 5 hours on one charge when just listening to music it last like 2 to 3 hours talking on the phone depending on how high the volume is and then all you have to do is dump them back in the case to charge. I was able to charge the headphones with thre case several times before needing to charge the case. The case does not charge wirelessly (I've tried), but since the charge for the case last so long you don't need to plug it in too often.Only downside is when it's windy outside I've been told that my family can't hear me. Other than that these had been a great set of wireless headphones. Much cheaper than the airpods. I've never had these fall out of my ear when I'm running (Irun a few times a week), but when I was stretching and my head was completely upside down I did have one fall out and I've also knocked the headphones out when trying to wipe off my sweat.

great Customer Service
When the earbuds work, they work well. I had 2 positive experiences with the HSPRO customer service as well. First, when I initially received the earbuds, they weren't charging. After emailing customer service ([email protected]), I realized that the sticker at the bottom of each earbud had to be removed so that the small metal plate could make contact with the interior of the charging pod. Second, I had trouble with my earbuds about 6 months after purchasing them. I emailed customer service again, who first attempted to troubleshoot with me. When the troubleshooting suggestions didn't improve the earbud's performance, HSPRO replaced them for me because I was within the window of the 12 month warranty. I would recommend purchasing these earbuds based on the superior customer service experience that I had.
