HUGE PIECE OF CRAP! You can't get a hit out of it and you can't return it. Do not buy this piece of crap. Instead throw your hundred dollars in the trash, you'll end up in the same place. If I could give 0 Stars I would.

Wouldnt accept return or refund
I bought this product that wouldn't turn on, wont accept a charge from the charger provided. Never been used. And so far has refused to accept any responsibility.

Not very happy with it.
I was really looking forward to this product. I disliked how much it wastes and how I cannot adjust the temp. Another downer is the battery only lasts after like 12 uses. I had a lot of hope for this one.

Looks very nice
I really liked this product because it is very simple to use, fast charging time, the convince to hold & release the button for it to heat it! I like that it came with a cleaning tool & charger. Came well packaged. The only thing I didn't like was there wasn't much aur flow so it didn't draw much.
