Very Customizable!
I just finished installing these wire covers to hide the wires running to my TV over the fireplace, and I absolutely love them!I needed a 4' vertical run with two short horizontal runs on either end to completely hide the wires between the AV components and the TV, so I bought two kits. I also cut two of the straight sections to the exact lengths I needed to perfectly align the wires with their receptacles. A simple 20 degree cutting angle will allow you to cut shorter sections that work identically as the full section, including connecting to the brackets, aligning to adjacent sections, and adding end caps.I used drywall anchors to mount most of the brackets except where I couldn't screw into the wall due to gas or power in the way. The adhesive strips worked great in those locations, and grip the bracket very well after applying pressure only briefly. The sections align perfectly and blend in fabulously with the wall after painting.I was able to run all of the wires I needed though the brackets with plenty of room to spare. This included power for the TV, an HDMI cable, a cat 6 network cable, a quad-shield coax cable, a pair of wires for the center channel speaker, and a toslink optical cable for the TV's audio return. I ran the audio cables down one of the sides, power cable down the other side, and network and video through the middle. If you don't have video switched externally and need to run multiple HDMI cables, there is plenty of room for at least 2-3 more in my setup, in addition to all of the other wires. The only way I can see that you could possibly run out of space in the conduit is if you have several component/audio inputs, as those use 5 wires rather than the single HDMI wire.Overall, these are simple to install, though somewhat time consuming to do right. Once installed, they look great, especially if painted to match the wall. And they are highly functional, easy to run wire through, and the covers are easily removed to add/remove cables as needed. I can't imagine any better setup to discreetly run wires without cutting into the wall!

Looks great, a little pricey
I used one piece to fill an 8 inch gap between my television and my cabinet. It covers 1 HD cable, 1 set of a/v cables (red white yellow), and the power cable. I believe there might be more room for another cable if small, but it works for me.I didn't try the mounting supplies it came with. Instead I used a tip that another review gave, saying to use the 3M removable poster hanging strips to tape the cover to the wall. It works great, try the largest strip you can buy. My cover hasn't come off in the 3 months it's been on.

Great concept, but only semi-useful
I originally purchased this item to, obviously, hide cables attractively without damaging my walls. It does well at hiding cables, but it works poorly for not damaging the walls. I didn't intend to use the screw holes on the mounting brackets, since I imagined that since it was supporting almost no weight the double-sided tape would do a well enough job and help me avoid putting mundane holes in the wall. Not at all. Because the mounting clips hold the cover by latching on, trying to take the cover off (during installation or to remanipulate the wiring) is nigh impossible without ripping the mounting brackets off of the wall. This in itself wouldn't be such an issue, but there are no release tabs on the tape so there is no way to remove the tape without tearing off a chunk of wall. I ended up using the screw, and damaging my wall anyway - or additionally, since I had already ripped the tape off the wall. If anyone has any tricks on how to more securely use the 3m tape and still pop the covers off then please let me know and I may reconsider editing my review. Otherwise, great product with poor execution for the application it was intended for.

Works great if you have some common sense....
A lot of people have complained about the adhesive not holding the tracking on the wall. They shouldn't really advertise adhesive installation as an option, but these people also lack common sense. Firstly, there is no way the small adhesive strips should be expected to hold up the tracking and all the cable you will shove into it. Secondly, I'd much rather spackle some small holes than have to deal with the wall all ripped up from removing strong adhesives. If you bin the adhesive strips and screw the brackets to the wall this cable management works great. I installed this in a room with wood paneling so I swapped the included hardware for some small 3/4" pan head screws. I fit a garden-hose size HDMI cable, the big fat cord coming from a power strip, three speaker cables, and an IR control wire in with room to spare. The brackets hold everything and then you can just snap the covers on when you are done getting it all setup. It's easy to mount since aside from the corner (which comes with a template) the placement of the brackets along the length of the cover does not need to be precise since they will snap in anywhere. I made a level tape line and then just used one of the covers to estimate where to put the brackets along that line.Compared to a lot of generic cord management covers on the market, this is nicer looking because of the dome shape instead of looking like an industrial conduit running around your walls. It also has a wide, sweeping corner which is better suited for HDMI cables that shouldn't be bent sharply. I painted mine brown to match the room using a satin finish plastic compatible spraypaint and had excellent results. They have a slightly textured finish so the satin paint is much better looking than gloss would be. Everything still fit together and had no problems.

Terrible choice to cover cords
You have to screw these into the wall about every 8 inches and they're 4 inch wide and not flexible at all. They look so ugly that I put them right back in the box and returned them. I honestly think the cables look better then this would up on my wall!
