Arrived in great time. Looks like it may have been used, the box has a couple marks but I don't really care, It was cheap and looks good enough for me.

I had this game when it first came out. Then I bought it when it moved over to the PS4. So now that I got a Nintendo Switch, I figured I get it again. Beautiful graphics, amazing gameplay, enchanting characters. Tons of side quests and many summons to collect.

I ordered the Switch version and it came in a very obviously resealed case. The case was also damaged towards the bottom. However the game itself works fine and is the correct game; just know that if you’re buying this you’re not getting an actual “new” copy. The game itself is great.

cover art was bent and the cellophane was ripped. QC was pretty bad on this one.

The game was marketed as new sealed, but looked like it had been shrink wrapped by a 3rd party machine. Didn't look factory sealed.

loved this game on my PS2 back in the day. Still a classic. Plays well on the switch so far. I like the double speed mode for crawling the maps quicker. The game itself was excellent in it's day and was one of the pioneers of moving away from "random encounter" battles and strictly "turn based combat"

The game is great I do wish that it had the infinite dmg and what not that was added into other re-releases of games like ff7, 8 and 9 so people playing the game through for the second time could just rip through the game for the story but that is a minor thing. I'm not a big fan of the combat but that's more due to the fact that I prefer the old turn-based combat system more but it's all based on personal preference.

I am a big fan of turn-based JRPGs, and Final Fantasy usually fits the bill. This game is more of an open-world action RPG, but between being able to speed up the game, essentially creating macros for how my characters should behave, summons, job systems that you can reset, and being able to freeze gameplay to give my characters individual commands (which you can also customize to not freeze gameplay), I am consistently enjoying this game. Yes, the FFX Remaster looks better at times, but it is a linear game, so it didn't need to stretch out its budget as much. The only negative I have (since I have not yet gotten to the point in the story where's its supposedly boring) is that this game's version of limit breaks can be very time-consuming to combo and although are flashy, don't always seem relevant to what we know about the characters and none of them have elemental affiliations to the visuals.
