The printer doesn’t work. Keep getting cutter stall. Customer service is terrible. No answers the phone. The cheapest you’ll get for print and cut but you get what you pay for.

DO NOT INVEST! This machine is louder than 2 54” Printer/plotter running at the same time.I had more carrier stalls than I was able to print.PTCreate Pro crashed more times than I can count in the middle of me working on a project and this is within the first 6hrs of receiving the printer.

I've purchase this item directly for Primera. The first one received stalled right out of the box never had a chance to test it or have it working. 2nd replacement unit I received was also broken and stalling right out of the box. never had a chance to test. Fail, Fail and FAIL.
