As a nurse during these trying times and I’m a ball of stress knots when I come home from work this is my must have calming item that has kept me sane. This was an indulge myself purchase since I don’t like massages from the spa as usual they are disappointing but this thing beat the crap out me and I woke up the next day with bruised calves and lower back after a 2 hour deep tissue massage.
