Worth every penny
Likes: sturdy, I didn't feel like I was falling out of the chair or it fall out from under me. Great adjust-ability.Dislike: Longer arm rests with lock position. On my part I wish I had ordered one with a headrest. This onus is on me.Overall, I would recommend this chair for anyone.

I love this chair
My work bought me one of these chairs for work. I finally decided I had to bite the bullet and buy me one for the house. It's a truly phenomenal chair. And it's steelcase - it'll last forever. I have some 25 year old steelcase chairs that are still rolling around and quite wonderful. The reason I got THIS one is that my right wrist needs the support of the arm. I'm disappointed that SC doesn't have covers for them. I found one from a 3rd party that fits "okay." I just can't see getting a chair of this quality and expense dirty from food / drinks.

Great for smaller frames and chronic pain issues
I bought a refurbished Leap V2 elsewhere but wanted to review it for anyone considering. It's a great chair. I usually struggle with office chairs being too deep, or too tall, or the arms being too wide, or, for mesh "ergonomic" chairs, the mesh causing nerve pain in my mid back or making my legs fall asleep. Lightweight chairs roll around and I find myself holding my muscles tense all day to keep them in place. I'm a chair wimp, in other words.I went to a used office furniture store to try an Aeron (again, despite multiple attempts that left me underwhelmed) and happened to sit down in a Steelcase Leap V2. Decided I wasn't leaving without it. The 4-way adjustable arms are game-changing for smaller people. The chair has enough heft that it isn't trying to roll away at the slightest movement. Adjustable lumbar actually works and feels supportive. You can adjust seat depth and recline. It's a great chair.

Expensive but worth it
I own three of these chairs, one at home and two in my office. I tried all of the high end ergonomic chairs and the Leap chair just feels right. It's highly adjustable and supports your back no matter what sitting position you are in. I can sit in it all day without my back hurting which I cannot say about any other chair. Its form follows function which is to say it is not as sophisticated looking as the Herman Miller Aeron chair for example but for me the Leap is a better chair. Before spending this much on an ergonomic chair however you should try it first it as any given design may or may not be ideal for you. I went in certain I was buying the Aeron chair but it just never felt quite right to me. Others love it.
