I was eating so much rennie and gaviscon. I felt my food was just not being digested so I thought I would try a digestive aid. I gave this a try and I am on my second box.This definitely works for me no more nightime burbs with breakfast tastes of undigested food. Last two night I have not needed to take rennie or gaviscon so im definitely having some sort of digesting help.Now the flavour you might not like. All my family tastes them and screwed their faces up. I on the other hand got used to the taste and now love them so much I actually crave and enjoy eating one bar with sweet black coffee in the mornings. But really does help digest food. Im hoping the good bacteria are getting through and helping my gut flora but that I cant see or feel so just hoping :)

If you like ginger, you will like this bars a lot. I was looking for a healthy snack, and these ones are excellent for me. They are very filling and still not too sweet. They support the immune system which is very important nowadays. I will definitely purchase them again!

I haven’t come across gut health bars before, it’s a brilliant concept and well executed in a simple bar. Have been taking these around with me in pocket and munching when needed!

Ideal size for carrying around and taste was much better than other bars i've had in the past. Felt the desired effects as well so looking for to my next delivery.

Taste just awful. The powder is mildly better but not pleasant but it's topped by the awful customer service. Gutted I wasted my money with these clowns.
