These tips are exactly as described and come in multiple sizes. I ordered a set of black tips and a set of nude tips and was able to repair 7 pairs of high heels. The biggest challenge I ran into was removing the old tips from my shoes. For some pairs, a simple set of needle nose pliers did the job, but for tips that were really worn down the pliers didn't do the job which was very frustrating! I purchased a pair of pincers (here: SPEEDWOX 4 Inches End Nippers... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DLRBQQG?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) and they really made a difference in my ability to remove the old tips. All in all, I'd recommend the product but also recommend borrowing or buying a pair of pincers to help. Also highly recommended a quick YouTube search for how to remove old heel tips. That helped me too.

Able to fix my own heels, replace ones that were wearing out. So far I've done 4 pairs, saving myself 60.00 at the shoe cobbler, plus time. GREAT purchase.

I had been spending lots of money getting the heels of my shoes replaced and now I do my own. Unfortunately, the posts are only 12.5mm and often too small for the post holes. In these cases, I've improvised with Gorilla glue and it works. Wish there were thicker posts.

These seem like good quality but I just put the first pair on so I’ll see how they wear. They do exactly what they are supposed to do. The hard part is getting the old heel tips off. Twist don’t pull. If you haven’t done it before, check out ScarletFreshShoe for how to replace heel tips in 2 minutes. I have all sorts of plier but none of them worked. The old heel tip came off the shaft and there was little to get ahold of. A pair of 4” End Nipper Pliers to the rescue. These were the only things that could get under the lip of the shaft and within a few twists, the old shaft came out!!!! Don’t be like me and slice your knuckles open trying to fix your shoes, just get the nippers and it’s super easy.

Unable to use them as none are large enough. Trying to print all the information needed for return makes it not worth the effort

Absolutely yes! These are what you need. Multiple sizes of those little black tips for ladies high heal shoes. They break off pretty easy anyway. So this kit has ALOT of choices and sizes. Because one Tommy Choo is not the same as a Lagerfield.
