Great bluetooth, sound quality is great for talking the only thing i wish they could improve on is when listening to music , the music doesn’t go to loud and starts to sound like the speaker blew.Overall would definitely recommend this Bluetooth.

Doesn’t have the range as described. I’ve only managed to get about 30 feet away and it starts to beep or gets garbled.

I live my Parrot blue tooth. Very comfortable and can hook up to multiple components at one time. Works great too.

Good:1) Great Noise Reduction on Mic. Sound quality from the boom microphone is great. Overall, all of the Blue Parrot headsets that I have tried that have microphone booms (B550-XT; C400-XT, ect.) have great noise reduction, so much better than any other device I have tried, and that is why I keep buying them. People hear me clearly, no matter how noisy my car is or the cars or equipment I am stanidng next to, or the wind. In fact, they can't even hear what is going on in the background.2) Sound quality on put out on the speaker is good if you are in aNot so Good:1) These devices are all very bulky and conspicious. They are builky enough to be extermely conspicous, drawing the attention from whoever is looking. And at night they can be seen from far away due to the periodic flashing of a blue or red LED light.2) Poor Passive Noise reduction. These ear pad devices are too small and make a bad seal on the ear, making them uneffective at passive noise reduction on the speaker. Even the largest version (B550-XT). This keeps you from hearing others well when you are standing next to a busy road or loud equipment.3) Poor Active Noise reduction. Not very at background noise cancelation on the speaker.4) Blueparrot headsets without a full microphone boom (C300XT) are not nearly as good as their ones with microphone booms. Without the full boom, they pick up up lots of background noise and wind noise.Summary:Great noise cancelation on the Mic: Good headset if you want others to hear you clearly while you are in a noisy environment.Bulky, conspicious, and pour background noise cancelation on the speaker. Not the best head set if you don't want to draw attention to your self while walkingdown the street while on the phone, or if you want to hear others clearly while you are in a noisy enviroment.Suggested Improvements:1) For when I don't care about being discrete, I would like a headset that covers both ears with earpads large enough to have effective passive background noise cancelation, and electronics with effective active background noise cancelation.1) For when I do, I would like a headset with a boom (for noise reduction on the mic) with earbuds that are much less inconspicious, with the battery and electronics minaturized, or hidden (on the neck or elsewhere).

Within about 7 months the it was no longer wanting to answer calls I have to keep pushing buttons to receive a call. Then people started having problems with hearing me. I was happy at first but then not so much. It’s a lot of money for something that did last long.

This is a a great head set. I use it for work and talk all day amongst my fellow drivers and the comfort is ear pinching for a week or so. But the battery life is wonderful

Starts of good in the beginning. Had these for about 3 months already and all they do is hang up by themselves constantly. Can be in an important phone call and out of nowhere they hang up or unpaired from bluetooth device. Not worth the money.......
