I got this for my husband after he used a different case that was similar in protection but not quite as bulky and the inner plastic broke with in 6months. For this particular phone theres not a lot of heavy duty protection case options so I ordered this one. First of all what most reviews are talking about the clear screen cover peeling off of the phone is true. However, because the way the phone case is made it still provides great protection bc the phone seals really well. Would I swim with this case or risk it long term in the rain, no... but it's not really advertised for that either. It is pretty bulky but my husband honestly doesnt mind. He has a job that requires a case to be extra protective and this phone checks all his boxes. Were not into all the stylish cases (I have the same phone) .. definitely function and protection over anything else. No interference with hearing him or him hearing me and overall for what its advertised to do, it does! My only suggestion to the maker of these cases is to use a stronger glue to hold the clear screen cover on longer and its definitely a great choice.

This is very high quality and fit 100%. Taking it apart at first to get the phone in was difficult. Look for a video on the web, but the key is to pull down the power cover piece on the bottom and use that opening to work the cover off.

I love this phone case. It is a bit hard to open and get on the phone. But it definitely does what it's supposed to do. It protects my phone so well when I drop it accidentally sometimes and it looks so good on my phone. I love phone cases with built in screen protectors. And it is also very durable. Highly recommended. A great value for your money.

It seems really durable but the side buttons can be hard to push, they are stiff. It fits correctly. Also... There IS a built in screen protector, which I bought this case for. But I made a huge mistake! It says to remove the blue film. But for some reason I thought there was no screen protector because it didn't appear to be 2 layers. But there is a clear screen protector and the blue film is hard to get started peeling off. I didn't realize until after peeling the whole screen protector off that the blue film is almost like a sticker. You have to pick at the edge until it starts to separate from the screen protector. The protector was perfect for my older phone.Price was reasonable.

Where to start!!!!! I received the Samsung j7 crown case today, as of now am still unable to get my phone in it, no direction, there has to be a way for the phone to go in but as of now I haven't found it, it seem to be made of sturdy stuff, so sturdy that as of now have broken two fingernails and skinned two knuckles. Not a happy camper at this point,,one small suggestion please put directions on how to get the phone into the case....please.

I like the color and quality of the cover. It has a blue screen which I believe is better for your eyes, but it affects the clarity of the screen.

After reading several reviews for this case I was very aware of two things: I needed to take off the blue film from the plastic screen cover and that it would take the jaws of life to pry it open.After ordering I immediately started training and doing several agility and strength-training exercises to prepare for the day when my phone case arrived. I needed to be fit if I was going to get the case open.When it arrived I was very disappointed in the people of Amazon reviews. First of all, THERE'S A GIANT STICKER ON THE BLUE FILM THAT SAYS REMOVE BLUE FILM. Maybe that feature was added after all the complaints about the cover "tinting" people's screens blue because they didn't remove it. If not, then the blue screen is on you.Second, the case was not difficult to open. If you're having trouble, start by opening the charge cover at the bottom and pry the jelly (darker teal) part away from the plastic (lighter teal) piece. Once you have that off there's literally arrows on the plastic that show you where to unsnap/snap it together.People said the clear (formerly blue) plastic cover makes it harder for you to touch the screen and affects your texting accuracy. I noticed that it was harder to touch for maybe my first 5 minutes using it, but now that I've had my case all week I don't notice it anymore and I haven't had any problems with texting, scrolling, etc.Needless to say, my training went to waste and I would have totally been capable of opening this phone case without it. This is a very sturdy, durable case and it has already survived a garage floor fall from my car with no damage to my phone. I would definitely purchase another case like this. :)
