Brot hält lange
Der Brot Topf ist einfach super.Ich hatte schon unterschiedliche Brote darin zum Aufbewahren, und alle hielten bis zum Schluss ohne schlecht zu werden.Nachdem ich ein Brot verbraucht hatte, habe ich einfach die alten Krümmel raus und leicht durchgewischt, und die Brote halten, egal ob ein paar Tage oder eineinhalb Wochen.

Inte helt nöjd. Mitt hembakade surdegsbröd blir torrt på några dagar.
Trodde Att krukan skulle hålla mitt levainbröd lagom fuktigt längre. Nu lägger jag in brödet i en öppen avfallspåse innan jag lägger brödet i krukan. Ska inte behövas.

Ho acquistato questa pentola per cuocere il pane.Risultato? Eccellente!A chi scrive che è solo per conservare il pane posso tranquillamente rispondere che cuoce alla perfezione.Quando l’ ho ricevuta, in tempi brevissimi e conforme alla foto, l’ho lavata con aceto e acqua fredda, poi l’ho fatta asciugare e il giorno dopo l’ho messa in forno freddo, ho aspettato che si riscaldasse a 220 gradi e poi ho inserito il pane lievitato. Ho fatto cuocere con coperchio per 30 minuti e altri 30 senza coperchio.Vi assicuro che il pane è eccezionale.Pienamente soddisfatta.
