This is the best battery case I've found. It's got a rubbery texture. I used it while at Disney and never ran out of batteries.Be aware though that it is slow to charge. It says if you leave the phone in the case it will charge the phone first then the battery case. But this took soooooo long. Just charge the phone and case separately. And you can do this while still keeping the phone in the case.Only downside really is that the top and bottom of the phone are not protected. There is a cut out at the top and bottom of the case that leaves the phone exposed to damage.

Battery stoped working after less than 6 months. I could hear the battery rattling inside the battery case. Love the design but the quality of the adhesive holding the battery inside the battery case could be improved. The good news is that I was able to repair it myself. At the base of the battery case there are two tiny screws holding the base. Upon removal I found two additional screws holding the back of the case together. Once removed I was able to carefully pry the case open. Once open I found the battery had come loose and one of the leads to the battery had broken free. I soldered the lead back to the terminal and used heavy duty double stick tape to stick the battery back to the inside of the case. I was then able to snap the battery case back together and resecure it with the small screws. Voila! The case is working like new again. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that they should have paid better attention to the quality of the adhesive in the battery case.

I purchased this case because I hate big bulky cases on my phone. In my mind this thing would work perfectly, when I need some extra juice I slap on the case and when I don't need it I don't have it on.The 5 star review for this is perfectly deserved and all of my hopes came perfectly true. If you're on the fence about whether you need this case and if its worth the money, let me tell you it is worth every cent.

Product was great, up until a month and half where all of a sudden i can hear components shifting inside and the battery is no longer working. Never dropped the case once or mishandled it in anyway. I contacted Boostcase to see if they could repair it via warranty, but they stated that since it was sold by a 3rd party reseller that was unauthorized, the manufacturers warranty has been voided. So i'd recommend getting an additional warranty if you're buying it off of a 3rd party reseller.

Bought two of these at same time. One worked for a week then failed to recharge. Could feel battery loose inside case so some wire in there must have broken. Could not return. Second one is working ok so far which is the reason for middle of the road rating.

This is one awesome product! The only one of its kind.

Just got it today, I love it, specially the inner case. It provides some protection but it's very slick and thin. It charged my phone fine and fast. Don't know how it's going to hold up but so far I like it a lot.Very satisfied with it.I'll keep you updated.

The case is great when it works. I had a lot of problems with the case not charging my iPhone, so I would have to take it off and put it back on, I think there was a DC with mine. I had it less than 2 months and the case would heat up even when not hooked up to the phone or being charged, discharged very rapidly. Unfortunately Amazon only offeres a 30 day guarantee, so this was a total waste for me.

No me gusto para nada este producto! Es muy incómodo de transportar y realmente no protege al dispositivo. Y la carga que promete a lo dispositivos no es tanta.

J'ai acheté cette batterie amovible en février 2017. Ca a bien marché la première année. En 2è année la batterie ne fournissait plus assez pour recharger complètement l'iphone. Depuis juillet 2019, cette batterie ne se recharge plus complètement (voyant bleu reste au 1er quart de la largeur de la batterie) et ne peut recharger l'iPhone que 10% !
