Gascan Prizm Polarized Sunglasses - Men's

I have wanted a pair of Oakeys for years, but I've always found the prices to be more than I would consider paying for a pair of sunglasses. The GasCan model has always appealed to me, and when I saw Amazon's price (about half the price of brick and mortar), I pulled the trigger. I am glad I did! These glasses exude quality in terms of fit and optic clarity. They are comfortable, and the distortions that are common in lesser quality lenses are absent. I elected to buy this pair without the Oakley iridium lenses because I was looking for "ultrablack". These lenses are not reflective at all, and when worn, strike a sleek, non-seethrough profile. If desired, you can buy a range of lenses in different colors; changing lenses is very easy and there are no issues with fit. Think undercover action hero. Great glasses, very solid. Highly recommended.

I bought these Oakley Gascans almost 7/8 months back, and o boy m happy with 'em. I'm really proud to own one ;) they're the best ever glasses by Oakely...fit my face as if made for my face... the color of the glass is awsome...the only issue i had in the beginning was sweating near my eyes area, due to the structure of this glasses..but its OK now, m used to it....and it was summers when i bought it =P therez no more sweat now, and there are no other issues of any type... i strongly recommend if you are looking forward to invest money in a good pair of glasses =) . . and yes, do visit a store near by to check the size, if it fits your face =)

Got them on sale for $65 normally $90. Oakley's website say that they are made of "exclusive O matter material", yeah that's called plastic. They look really good and they fit my face well. After awhile of being worn they start to hurt my head right above my ears, the temple arms that rest on the side of your head are designed poorly that cause pain after extended use. Don't get me wrong I Really like them, but definitely overpriced. Made in America means steeper price but come on their PLASTIC.

Bought for my grandson twice now, he loves these.

I bought these for my boyfriend, and he loves them! They do run a little small, as we were warned, but they are still a good fit for him. He rides motorcycles and these glasses are great to keep his eyes protected from the sun. We did get the polarized sunglasses, and they are worth the extra money you have to pay. He can ride with the sun in his eyes, and it doesn't affect his ability to see. Great investment!

OMG!! If you want authentic Oakleys for a fraction of the cost,, you definitely need to purchase these. We bought the same exact pair an an eyeglass place and we paid $150 for them. Of course that was without the presciption lenses, just for the sunglasses alone. My son loved them so much, and since he now switchted to contacts, he wanted a regular pair that was non-prescription. He got the gascan because they are such a cool look, and I think it would look great on any age. He loves them and I love the price!! Will definitely be buying all his Oakley's here, and this price you can afford more than just one!

I bought these a few months ago and have been wearing them regularly. I wish the lenses were a little bit bigger. I notice a reflection on the bottom inside frame edge and they slip down a little bit so I am adjusting them all the time. I've never paid more than $20 for a pair of glasses and I'm disappointed on the performance of this model of Oakley's vs. my cheap pair. But hey, they look cool and they're Oakley's so...

First off, the price on here is by far the best around. In store or on the Official Oakley website these are £90 brand new. Here the price can vary between £50 and £85, any of which is a good deal. When I bought them I foolishly did it during the Easter weekend, where the entire country went off on a jolly. That said, the seller had taken this into account and posted them first class and so I was pleased they arrived as early as they did (six days after I bought them - not bad considering three of those days were holidays!) The glasses themselves are new and genuine. While they didn't come with official Oakley papers they arrived in the Oakley box and passed my rigorous check to see if they were fakes (pleased that at this price they are't!) The arms lock nicely in place - so many arms just pivot around on their hinge and the screws work loose. The lens, although not polarized (there are rumours you can buy polarized lenses and change them over on the Gascans) do the job very well and they are very pleasant to look out of. They are light but seem quite tough, however, I do recommend getting a case for them (maybe not an Oakley one, even by their standards £20-£30 is too dear for a case). Overall, a good set of lifestyle sunglasses that look good with any outfit!
