I have a 2010 VW Tiguan that I purchased used in 2014. I figured It was time to change the filter since every time I turn on the heat/ac I see little dust/dirt particles spit out of the vents. I received the filter Sunday, July 26th and put it in. The quality of this filter is good and it arrived with no damage. In order to put this in I watched and followed a YouTube video that was specifically for my vehicle. Thank goodness for the pause button. It took me about 15 or so minutes but I attribute that to the fact that I had never done this before and proceeded very slowly. I had a some difficulty putting the filter in. It's a tight fit, which is probably a good thing. On Monday, July 27th I went out. Turned on the ac and nothing spit out of the vents. Clearly this filter is doing its job. I did find that I have to turn the fan higher to feel the air. Not a big deal for me though. I definitely recommend this cabin air filter.

I used this in my girlfriends 2014 Jetta. She purchased the car used about a year ago with a little under 30,000 miles, changed it recently with just shy of 60,000 miles. Would you believe with the hot weather and having the air conditioning on I could actually feel a difference? Not sure if it’s the charcoal the baking soda or a combination of both but it definitely made a difference! For the price you cannot go wrong.

At the time of purchase, the 2 pack of these filters was only $14, while the one pack was $17, making this item a no-brainer.Install took no more than 10 minutes, while fitting perfectly in place of the old filter (2014 Volkswagen Jetta GLI)I’d highly recommend this item as O’Reilly wanted $30 for the same filter from WIX, when 2 Amazon Basics filters can be had for less than half the price with similar, if not better quality. No weird odors, and the filter even has a nice foam seal around the perimeter to help seal out debris.Overall excellent product, and I’ll be sure to purchase it again when needed.

The filter works as described. Instantly took the funky smell from the AC away. Value is great since other filters cost almost double. Would highly recommend it!

The pleats were much thicker than OEM and it was nice to see a foam gasket around the filter so particulates had to move through the filter and not around it.

The quality workmanship and price exceeded OEM filter. Added material to the sides made installation much easier compared to the the original filter.

Worked perfectly in a 2017 Volkswagen Jetta. Check youtube for self install videos as the part + labor for this <5 minute activity was $70 at the dealer. Being able to do it myself with this $12 option was great, and frankly I may replace them more often at this price, particularly when the trees are letting off pollen in the spring and the helicopter seeds in the fall which always find their way into the air intakes.
