Ho acquistato un paio di Vans di colore nero taglia 40,5 come regalo per un mio familiare,preferendo Amazon ai negozi fisici sia per il prezzo sensibilmente inferiore che per la proverbiale celerità delle spedizioni e l'ottima assistenza postvendita.Il prodotto è arrivato,grazie al servizio Amazon Prime,dopo 20( e ripeto VENTI) ore dal momento dell'invio della spedizione;provvedo a far provare le scarpe,ovviamente originali e perfettamente conformi all'ordine,al mio familiare,che lamenta come siano leggermente strette.Ed è qui che il servizio assistenza Amazon si conferma ancora una volta strepitoso:accedo nella sezione resi del mio account,chiedo il cambio con un nuovo paio di scarpe taglia 41,ovvero mezza taglia in più(di grande aiuto è stata la sezione "guida alle taglie" che riporta il corrispondente valore in cm per ogni taglia),stampo l'etichetta di reso e la inserisco nello stesso pacco inviatomi da Amazon per la spedizione assieme alle scarpe da restituire,pacco che provvedo a imballare con del comune nastro adesivo(è preferibile togliere ogni tipo di etichetta che faccia riferimento alla precedente spedizione).Dopo poche ore ricevo una mail del corriere,in cui mi si informa dell'orario e dei giorni in cui passerà a ritirare le scarpe;il ritiro avviene nei modi e tempi indicati;ma la cosa straordinaria è che Amazon,senza accreditarmi alcun costo aggiuntivo,provvede ad inviarmi il nuovo paio di scarpe prima ancora che il reso sia completato;in sintesi:ordino le Vans il 2 aprile,arrivano il 3 aprile,chiedo il reso il 6 aprile,il nuovo paio di scarpe arriva l'8 aprile,Amazon riceve il reso il 9 aprile.STRAORDINARIA è la sola parola che possa descrivere adeguatamente l'assistenza Amazon,che mi ha sempre soddisfatto ogni volta abbia chiesto un reso o un cambio. Per il resto il mio familiare è rimasto contento per il regalo:le scarpe calzano a pennello,sono carine,leggere,comode,molto in voga tra i giovani e pienamente corrispondenti alle immagini riportate.Ero sempre stato un po' scettico sull'acquisto online di prodotti come scarpe e vestiario,ma con una politica resi del genere in futuro mi rivolgerò sempre più spesso ad Amazon.
