Love this frame. Purchased for Mother's Day gift. So easy to use one it is initially set up which wasn't too hard. Love the feature of adding other who can add photos at any time. I also love that you can upload videos. Screen quality is great and it has lots of personalization options such as frame or captions. No negatives from me.

Got my parents and in laws this for Christmas, best gift ever! It super easy to have multiple people connect to the frame, you don't need the paid subscription. It's held up great and they're both so happy with it. Display is vibrant, definitely worth the money.

This electronic frame is awesome! It has everything you could want. It displays videos, photos, and you can have a photo or video sent directly to Frameo from a loved one or friend. How awesome is that! Picture quality is great & so is the size of screen for viewing everything. I love this product! Precaution, you do need to be somewhat tech savvy, which I am not. luckily I have my computer science husband to help. It doesn't necessarily take all types of photos or videos. they have to be saved as jpg or mp4 files. We had to load a converter from the internet, so be sure to read the instructions and have your videos and photos saved properly so you can load them into Frameo.

Please get one of those. It’s just an amazing gift, I gave that to my MIL and she absolutely loved it, I was able to upload pictures even tho I was out of the country, it’s easy to set I up and easy to upload the pictures. Even my MIL who’s terrible with technology learned how to put pictures on it. But the best part is the quality, when I tell you that my kid dropped this frame quite few times on the floor and the frame still intact without a crack or scratch I’m not lying, still works great, and for the price you can bit that. I know there’s other brands out there (I even have an Aura one ) but the quality and the price of this one, can’t compare. I’ll definitely buy another one for my room because I just love to watch the pictures and videos

My brother had purchased one of these digital picture frames for our parents several years ago - not being technically minded, they never used it. My mother passed a few years back, and I have been taking care of my father. I saw the frame still in the box and set it up, he loved it, and surprise, there were pictures loaded on that we had never seen. However due to old technology, about 130 pics was the maximum it would hold. My fathers birthday was approaching so I decided to upgrade to this Frameo model - I think they said it will hold something like 10,000 pictures. But what was most important was that my brother could add photos remotely, which is good as my father does not get down as often as he would like to see the grand kids. The build quality seems pretty good, the software functions as it should, and it even plays short video clips with sound. I would certainly recommend this frame - it has been running steady for a few weeks, and when I went to take the pictures for this review there was a note on the screen saying the software had been updated. You also get a notification when new pictures have been added so you can skip to them for immediate viewing. There is a stand that snaps on the back, or you can hang it on the wall. I probably should not have been doing this, but I like playing with PhotoShop and to that end I have inserted my father (or at least his face) in to several old photographs. The first was him bending down to pick something up, I grafted that in to a photo of Jerry Garcia setting up for a small show in the late 60's or early 70's... then there was a photo of a man and his 13 kids taken in the 50's or 40s probably, Appalachia or West Virginia I think... for a few days he kept mumbling something about not knowing who these people are. He finally figured out what was going on when I slipped him in to the photo of LBJ being sworn in on the airplane. He realized he was never there... I said I would take them out, he said, no leave them. I think he want's to mess with others that come in and see the frame.

First, the good, and there’s a lot of good. I bought this frame for my 99-year-old mom who has advancing dementia. She absolutely loves looking at the photos and it can keep her calm and entertained for literally hours. Being able to put captions has saved family members from constantly having to tell her who people are and what they are doing. Also, the ability to add short videos is an added bonus, and interspersed with the photos it’s delightful fun for her. The photos are crisp and clear. I like that you can make a photo full frame if desired. I chose this frame over others because of not only the lower price and overall good reviews but also because it has internal storage and no subscription fees. The Frameo app worked perfectly for all the family members. I can sit with my phone and add a photo and captions in a matter of seconds. No problems at all. And I’m in my 60s and not overly techie. Now for the couple of negatives, one which is extremely negative. The lesser is that you can’t edit captions once you’ve loaded them into the frame. When I realize I need to add or change a caption, I have to reload the photo and delete the prior one. (Unless I’m missing something that’s easier! I’ve only had the frame for about a week now.) Now for the extreme negative feature for those dealing with someone with dementia but I also think it’s not a great feature for anyone. But for my mom with dementia, it can drive whoever is sitting with her a bit insane. Underneath the caption, the name of the person who submitted the photo and the date they submitted it is automatically added. I have seen no way to remove this. So my mom will read the caption and then read what is usually MY name and the date—Every. Single. Time. Plus, because of her dementia, she thinks that I took the photo and I took it on that particular date. Which of course mostly makes no sense at all, especially when they are old photos and I wasn’t even born yet. Haha. For those without dementia, I still think it’s confusing because it really can seem that it is the person who took the photo and the date that it was taken. So I think there should be an option to remove that. Trust me. It’s important! After more than a hundred times hearing your name in one sitting, along with a current date and “you took the photo”—it’s important! But, her enjoyment of the frame and the ease of use, supersedes even this. Just wish they would fix that. UPDATE: We put a piece of duct tape over the part where the name and date is, and that might work for some of you but unfortunately my mom keeps peeling the tape off! She's a busy bee! 😩 It does help for awhile.

Here’s a smoother, slightly shorter version of your review: I gave this to my mother-in-law for Mother’s Day, and she absolutely loves it! She’s not very tech-savvy, but she had no trouble using the app or adding photos. I can also send pictures directly to the frame, which makes it easy to keep it updated. The screen is a great size, looks just like a traditional photo frame, and fits nicely on any table or shelf. The only downside is that I forgot to take a picture of it before giving it to her for this review!

After less than two years, our frame quit working probably due to a power surge. The company was great to work with and sent us a brand new one. Very pleased.
