Would have given it 5 stars had the color of the canopy been listed more accurately. Originally it was listed as red, not terra cotta, so I was disappointed to see a burnt orange color and instead of an actual red color. It is pretty sturdy, but if you are putting this on a patio you might not be able to use the anchors provided to secure it in the ground. I have read other reviews about people finding other ways to stabilize it in case of high winds. So far we have been taking the canopy part down to avoid it blowing over during extremely windy days and that seems to be working well for now.

Typical made in china product. One of the 4 poles had the holes drilled/taped on the wrong side. So you have to choose if you are going to let the bottom of the upper support be supported with the hanging bracket, or the drilled holes with no bracket support. And then there is no option for the crossbar member in the center, because those holes will be on the outside.Called, waited in the chat line, and emailed sunjoy....no response.Only option is to have a replacement sent and assemble that, use that box to ship back the other after I take it apart. So basically about 2-3 hrs of work on my end. I elected to just secure it with a 550 whip knot. Would be nice if they could just send me the one jacked up pole so I could fix at my leisure without disassembling and mailing stuff back.

I replaced this item with an old one. This one is not as sturdy and it was a little shorter. I ordered the red cover and they sent me the tangerine cover. Its ok for the money.

The media could not be loaded.  Love the product and ease of assembling it. One person can do it in 20’ or so. The only hidden flow to it is this weird waterproof fabric that can let the water into the doubled side via the stitching and not be able to escape, creating a water bubble that deforms the shape of the pagoda roof. Except for that the product is good and sturdy enough for a few seasons.

This is not red. The color is spice/rust/orange...however attractive. What I do have a problem with....as we assembled this item the amount of damage to the metal frame shelving and roof cannot be overlooked. The dealer must compensate for the bent dented metal. The packaging did not appear damaged and pictures will be provided. We were not about to disassemble and send back. Dealer needs to provide explanation of damaged goods as I purchased a warranty.

When I bought this just under a year ago, I was very pleased. I tore the canopy so I reached out to Sunjoy to buy a replacement canopy. I haven’t received a response. I’ve tried on several occasions, but have never received a callback. I would not recommend this brand to my friends or family.

It was difficult to put up because I had to do it alone. Not impossible however. It would have been a lot easier with another set of hands. Just the right size for my porch. Great to cook under with sprinkles, but heavy rain, especially wind, comes in the sides. It is only 5 feet wide. I wouldn’t expect differently. The roof seems very durable. Love the shelves!

I needed something to shelter the grill from sun and rain and this works! Assembly went smoothly without any issues. I secured it to a small deck with some lag bolts and added a string of patio lights to aid visibility when cooking at night. A couple of fold-up stools provide a place to sit.

Finally had a chance to set up my gazebo on my balcony. First of all one of the legs came dented in the package, and one of the top inserts was all baby to crap as well. I had to use a pair of pliers to warp it open enough to click the bar into. Thank goodness it worked! The canopy is a tight fit, but I expected that. The LED lights require 3 AAA batteries in each one (comes with 4). There’s no remote to turn it on or off, and no switch that I can see, so I’m assuming the lights just stay on all the time. I haven’t tried the lights yet to determine the brightness. Shipment was super fast and convenient. I bolted the legs down to my deck and am hoping it will stand up to some of the good summer wind storms we get out here (fingers crossed). Overall pleased with the product!
