Q: Do these come with any type of instructions?

yes came with instructions for wiring pick-ups 2 different ways. 1 way was just a straight hook up and #2 way was if you wanted to hook them up out of phase. Out of phase being making a humbucker a split col for a thinner sound. hope this helps.

Q: Will fit w/ floyd rose trem?

I don't see why not. If your guitar has double humbucker ports they should fit.

Q: Will my gold covers fit these pickups? Mine are from a Grestch

I think they are 52 and 50 in size, so depends on size of your pickups

They will replace the humbucking pickups in any guitar that’s routed for humbucking pickups. I’m not sure they would sound any better than the pickups that came stock in your strat.
