SCALING SETTING NUMBERS ARE OFF!! USELESS!!
SCALING NUMBER TO INCHES IS OFF. IT COUNTS 10 INCHES AND I GET 11 INCHES. I TRIED ADJUSTING NUMBERS BUT IT WOULD COUNT CORRECT FOR THAT LENGTH BUT WHEN I CHANGED THE LENGTH IT WAS OFF AGAIN. USELESS!!!!

Digital Counter not great pick!
Electronic unit failed after the first use. The instructions were for another electronic unit, and can't find the right instructions on the web.

Low quality
first one lasted 5 minutes and just died. Second one last 2 months and just died. Not good for commercial use.

Use care not to stress the encoder shaft.
I’ve got 4 of these devices on a pilot paper machine to read out fabrics stretch position. In general they work very well. The one issue I have is with the encoders. They are light weight and not robust as an industrial unit should be for our use. Specifically I have found one intermittently skipping pulses apparently due to stress put on the input shaft. If things are free floating it seems to count ok. But if a ridged mount is used, these light weight encoders occasionally can stop counting. If you use care with mounting, these light weight rest of this system works well.

Easy to design into the mechanism. I used with “80-20” . Easily calibrated

Is there a way to adjust the lineal feet?
I think mine is saying more feet then I'm doing
