Wicked Edge 1 Micron Diamond Spray

I am using this spray with the  Trend UDWS/HP/LS Honing Compound Leather Strop , and it works great for putting a final hair whittling edge on blades. The initial application I sprayed about 10 spritzes onto the strop, which loaded the surface with diamond dust. A little bit goes a long way!Yesterday I noticed that my Spyderco Native 5 with Maxamet blade steel wasn't cutting as well as before. About 20 light passes on the strop restored the edge to arm hair popping sharp. Very nice.

I was reluctant to use diamond spray on my strop, but decided to do it anyway because of the unbelievable reviews as to the ability of this product. Believe me, if anything the reviews were conservative as to the ability of this product. You will get a shave that cannot be achieved any other way, and the bottle of the diamond spray lasts forever. It can out sharpen your honing stone the very first time used. You still have to hone, but it gives you a finished blade when you strop, that you cannot believe. No more shaving nicks.

Works better than I thought. It strops to a very keen edge very quickly.For a diamond product I would consider this excellent.Dunno why, but I always get a better edge with my Arkansas stones, but it takes a little longer.

I use this 1 micron spray on my rolled buffalo strop by Burrfection (on Esty). This is a really good product the only downside is the pump spray top is junk.Use it for the first time and it clogges.The best and easiest remedy is to save a hair spray bottle top, rinse it off well and pump water through it, expell the water and attach to the diamond spray, works better.

I've been loading my strops with this for a couple months now. I strop 3V, S35vn and VG10 steels after a 600 grit belt and it takes them to scary sharp very quickly. It also seems very consistent. Worth every penny. I recommend their 1 micron over .5 which i've also used.

bottle gets clogged up easily, but the product works great as a stropping compound.

Excellent stuff. Really hones my Falkniven HK9 perfectly.Is quite agressive and makes a nice job on the very hard steel of the HK9
