Perfect fit also for #17
This is #19 but I read some comment that this one part also replaces #17. It does so perfectly!Be extra careful removing the old plastic cup cover. Do not pry it against the faucet's knob, or you risk breaking the knob or the stem, which is what happened to me!!!

Fits as Expected
A little confusing putting it on: maybe got the wrong size (19 Woodford is what mine says) but it seems like the valve doesn't seat just right. Keeps leaking under a load (like a hose with a nozzle attached but shut off. May try tightening a little more...

Broken upon receipt.
The vertical white plastic piece on the small do-dad at the bottom of the pictures of the components was already broken before we opened the package. The overall cost of the purchase was too small to fight, but that component is unusable. We’re trying to use the same component from the system we’re replacing, so we’ll see if that works.
