Do the cats like these? I have some now that is a struggle to have my cats eat.

Yes. This is one of 2 types that my cat will eat. I slice them up into about 6-8 pieces. Sometimes I add them in with some dry cat food.

Are these soft enough to wrap a pill?

A very small pill maybe. They are soft but don't form well and will crumble easily. I tried a couple times to hide a pill inside and it didnt work very well.
