I have chronically cold feet and I have put these booties to the test camping in 30 degree weather. Even inside my zero degree sleeping bag my toes freeze but wearing these my feet stayed toasty. They don't sweat with the quality wool material. You know it is real because little hairs shed a bit. I wear a size 7.5 and have very narrow feet, and ordered small fearing the next size up to be too large. These are a bit too small on me and pinch my toes but hopefully will stretch out a bit with wear. Super cute and cozy I'd recommend!!
