Don't forget the plug.
Works well, does the job, really quiet. However, don't forget to click if in UK or Europe, we didn't, and ended up with a European plug on it. Just had to get a plug converter,. I'm in the UK.

I only got it install 4 days ago,it blocked up
I have to get the plumber out again, and it has cost me more Then the macerator.I hope he can unblock it or I will have to return it.I only had it working for 4 days.

Good service & Macerator unit.
Arrived very quickly.Very easy to fit as almost same size as previous macerator.Most liked is silent usage.Very quiet motor/pump.Up to now, day 4, no troubles.Will add more if I need to.

Warranty does not stand up
The warranty involves shipping the unit (hopefully cleaned up of all the s***) back to the manufacturers in Belgium for repair or replacement - an expensive, time consuming and frankly gross thing to do! When this went wrong in a rental property (within the 2 year warranty) we replaced it immediately (with another of the same) as the tenant obviously couldn't be without their facilities for very long, thinking they would honour the warranty. In the end we gave up, as the difficulty of returning a used macerator to Belgium, and the time involved in them deciding whether or not to repair or replace made it completely unfeasible. So my comment is not on the unit itself (maybe we were just unlucky), but that there's not much point in saying you have a 2 year warranty, given it is pretty well impossible and certainly impractical to claim against it.

Manueller Drücker fehlt
Leider hat die Hebeanlage keinen manuellen Knopf zur Pumpenbetätigung.In der Produktbeschreibung ist er vorhanden.Das Handbuch ist in Englisch gedruckt,ich bin aber Deutscher.
