Bulrush Multi-Purpose Compost x 3 in 20 Litre Bags, Brown

Have used quite a lot of different make compost but have to say this seems the best so far. It looks good, smells good and feels good. My plants are thriving so I am very happy and would buy again.

What can I say about compost?It does the job for which it was intended.

It is good compost even though it is on the pricey side but works well for plants

Good quality compost , potatoes doing well so far growing in it. So grateful we were able to purchase during lockdown before anywhere else reopened.

Saw this product on qvc but you needed to buy a bigger bag. so I bought this as just the right sized 20 lite bags to handle more easily as have problems lifting/carrying stuff. I used it to refresh some previous Professional Compost and also used it on its own. Tomato plants did not budge for weeks on end, and only now showing signs of growth and that is of weak plants showing only five or so flowers... so no tomatoes this year. I also sowed a few containers with spinach, chard, and a few flower seeds...months later absolutely no growth, so no veggies. The rosemary herb plant that too has not budged. I know it has been a cold year for some plants but to have spent money on decent compost one expects at least for a few plants to have made it through. Thus one wonders if this stuff was old stuff and no better than say last years spent compost. Really annoying.

Mum bought a 101 bulb pack from Amazon to accompany this compost. Most of the bulbs are already pushing through the compost with green shoots so we shall see how they flower. Still have one unopened bag of compost. Very impressed with the compost and the bulbs.
