The look of the bottle is great, but the product has no effect whatsoever. I tried many nootropics, this is the least effective product with significant price point.The seller also does not accept my return, so seems like a bait and switch product.

Only start out with 2 capsules instead of 4 the recommended dosage. This stuff is strong and you will feel uncomfortable for most of the day, some people should start out with only 1 capsule and see how you feel and gradually work your way up to see how you feel. I am 6ft 230 lbs and 2 capsules work great! for me. this will definitely save you some money when using this product.

Not a noticeable effect for an expensive alternative compared to other options.

When I ordered this I focused on the "Energy Supplements" portion of the description assuming that for this price, this would be a very good, natural, energy-boosting supplement. This has not been the case with me however. I started off with one capsule, then went to two, and quickly went to three a day, and aside from an increased appetite after taking them, I don't see any noticeable changes.I run about 55 miles a week, and objectively looking at my workout data, I can't see that there has been any demonstrable increase in performance, either perceived or documented.I'm also not convinced that there has been any change in anxiety or stress relief. I've taken supplements and medication before that have had relatively immediate effects, so I think I know what to look for, but I really didn't sense any changes in mood or mental state.One thing I did note was that it's not a great idea for me to go for a long run after taking 3 of these pills. After doing so one day, I found an unpleasant aftertaste after I burped about 3-4 miles into a run, that caused me to stop and drink as much water as I could to dissipate the taste left in my mouth and throat.I stress that physically I didn't suffer any negative side effects (aside from the burping) but after taking a good portion of the bottle, I can't see any noticeable improvement in mood or energy levels, and I think my wife would agree. So if it's doing something that I'm not aware of, it's very subtle. The downside is that for me, it's the opposite of an appetite suppressant, and I tended to snack more (as demonstrated by my eating logs) on 3-pill-days.Being fully transparent, the bottle says you can go up to 4 pills a day, but I felt like 3 was the most that I wanted to experiment with. There are no recommended instructions for when, how many, or how often to take them, so I had to experiment, and have not found the right combination.

I've taken this till three consecutive days. Taking one in the morning right when I wake up on an empty stomach. I feel zero energy from these pills. I literally do not feel any different. I was hoping that they would give me a little pep in my step or make me feel like I have more energy. But 3 days in and I do not feel any different after taking them. What's weird is these have ashwande in them which I've used to help me sleep better. These pills do not have any caffeine in them or any type of stimulant as an ingredient. I was hopeful but so far these have been a failure for me. I will continue taking them and if anything changes over time I will definitely come back and update this review.

I started taking Urban Mana in 2020 while adjusting to my new WFH environment. With all the changes happening and the distractions of being at home, I was having difficulty focusing on my work. A friend recommended Urban Mana so I gave it a try and WOW! From day 1 it provided both the energy and focus I needed to get things done. I'm impressed with how clean and natural this feels compared to other products, no jitters and no crash! I love it!
