I was disappointed that the glass was broke and the frame had a crack in it. When I looked on the outside of the box there was nothing to indicate that the package was fragile so it is not the mail carriers fault. I ended up disposing of the glass and once I hung the picture on the wall you could not see the crack. I think it's a great deal for this cute frame. The seller needs to label the packaging with fragile.

This is the second time I have ordered this frame. Both frames have been shattered when I have received them. There is nothing on the package to indicate that this is fragile. Thank you, for wasting my time and money.

I liked all parts of this order. The frame is beautiful. Instead of snap plastic, this seems to be wood. The directions were very clear on adding the picture. to the frame. The back of the frame was very solid and easy to add to the frame once the picture was put in place.But most of all was the packaging!! There was no way this frame was going to get broken. The inner box was heavy cardboard. The frame was wrapped in a clear cellophane, then added to the box surrounded by styrofoam and with strips of styrofoam at either end of the box. It was then placed in an outer carton with adequate wrapping which did not allow it to shift in the outer box. It was amazing!! Linda

Frame was delivered timely and packed really well. I feel this seller took earlier reviews into account and packaged with a good amount of packing materials. The frame and glass arrived in perfect condition and I am really happy with my purchase. It also fits my poster perfectly, just what I was looking for.

Arrived in time packed perfectly. Very nice quality.

Like the fact can use it for different pictures because of hangers on back.Was able to flip picture over and use white for background.
