Replacement charger better than original
I needed a charger acer laptop right away for class and went to many stores but no one had it in-stock. I found it on Amazon and placed my order. Within 2 days I received the replacement charger and was able to complete an assignment in time. The replacement charger worked better than the original, my laptop was fully charged within an hour and has the length of the cord is nice and long so I can plug up and use it while sitting at my table 3 feet from a wall socket with plenty of length left. is been a year since my purchase The charger still quickly charges my laptop. I tend to be rough with cords but this charger is still like brand new. I am very pleased with my purchase and paid less than store price.

I shot myself in the foot on this one.
Let's start with I messed up and bought the same power supply as I was replacing. While that might be a good thing, for this one it isn't. Here's the problem, as with my last one, this one will not always keep the battery charged. Especially if I play a game.However, my DC charger does.Both supposedly output the same voltage at the same amperage, yet one keeps me charged while the other doesn't depending on what I'm doing.But the other reason is that the cords on these power supplies do not last. The wire is not very ductile, and very early if you aren't careful the wire will internally start forming kinks. Eventually, as the cord is bent and straightened more and more, the wires begin to break.I really like this power supply and I want to rate it higher, but I can't. It ultimately amounts to nice junk.
