I would not try to stuff more than 20-25 sheets of the standard 20# paper weight into these envelopes.

You cannot read the contents of the envelop.

Are these shipped in plastic shrink wrap?

They came sealed in plastic which held the envelopes very tightly. I could not say if the plastic had been shrunk or was just sealed around the envelopes.
