Cheaply Made Battery Case
Bright light but cheaply made battery case made out of flimsy rubber which I suspect won't last long at all in a dry climate. Worse, the batteries are very difficult to get into the case. The battery tabs are not spring, but cheap metal tabs that bends easy. I've had to straighten the contacts to get the batteries to stay in their slots when I change batteries. Avoid these headlamps, especially since they are not Amazon returnable.Update: To make matters worse, in high beam the unit overheats and makes them uncomfortable to wear, possibly even dangerous. Finally, the clips that hold the batter pack onto the headband broke on the first wear and don't hold the battery pack to the band securely.What a horrible piece of junk. Never have I bought something on Amazon so poorly made. I will try to get a warranty credit from Amazon since these are not Prime returnable.
