- Enterosgel have a porous structure organosilicone matrix (molecular sponge) hydrophobic nature which is characterized by a sorption action with respect to only middle molecular toxic metabolites (M.W. 70 to 1000).
- Enterosgel does not reduce the absorption of vitamins and minerals, helps to restore disturbed intestinal microflora and does not affect on it the motor function.

Adults - 22.5 g (1.5 tablespoons) 3 times / day. Daily dose - 67.5 g. Children aged 5 to 14 years - 15 g (1 tablespoon) 3 times / day. The daily dose - 45 g. Children under 5 years - 7.5 g (0.5 tablespoons) 3 times / day. The daily dose - 22.5 g. For infants recommended 2.5 g (0.5 teaspoons) of the drug stir in the triple amount of breast milk or water and give before each feeding - 6 times / day. For the prevention of chronic poisoning - by 22.5 g 2 times / day for 7-10 days a month. In severe intoxication during the first 3 days, the dose can be doubled.
