I love this one!
I LOVE this workout. I am a fan of dancy step choreography though. If you don't like dancy, don't buy this. The moves are pretty much standard with some twists. If you have done Cathe's videos you can do this. The only part that I've never seen before is the four point turn, but it's fun once you learn it. Just a tip for someone who is frustrated with this... Unless she says "up and back" or "reverse", TURN IN. When I started stepping that was always my problem. Spinning around in the wrong direction. So maybe this will help someone.My only complaint is the value. It's a 44 minute workout and a full price DVD. No premixes or bonuses. Some of her other DVDs you get like four workouts and premixes and the value is amazing. This one was $20 for 44 minutes of choreography. That's a little disappointing but I like Cathe and the workout enough to buy it and use it.

fun choreography, great to get into once you know it
I find this workout the one I reach for when I just want to have fun and heck with the plunge lunge plyometric jack long hop turn crap! ;) It's only medium hard (as she says, it's a 'steady-state' workout) and all the dancy choreography is super fun. It took me a few shots to get it, but once I did, it gets really fun to put it all together and go with the flow. Lots of spins, cha-chas etc. keep it interesting. It's a little shorter than her usual 55-65 minute workouts (only 44 minutes). I only wish there were a few more of these and maybe a teeny bit harder parts to hike up the heart rate a little. Overall, another great Cathe workout!

Frustrating
I would love to give this a five star review, but I can't seem to get through the whole DVD before giving up. I wanted more challenging choreography, but I feel like I could try this for the rest of my life and never figure out the steps. I can't work up a sweat because I spend my whole time watching, unable to catch on. I have watched it without doing the moves twice, and twice have tried stopping after each new move to try it over and over with no luck. It looks like it would be fun of I could figure it out! For now, I'll have to do my usual workout in the morning, and, if I have time in the evening, keep trying this little by little.

Fun workout with fun choreography
I like workouts that are choreographically challenging. Of course I get frustrated in the beginning when I try to keep up and learn the new moves, but once I get the moves down, I have such a fun time jumping, shuffling, cha-cha-ing, box-stepping, etc. I really love the music through the whole workout, too. I find the music can make or break a workout for me. I hope she makes more like this in the future with equally fun music.

disappointed
I was looking for a DVD with fun challenging choreography that would make me forget how hard I was working. I was really uninspired by this one. I think mostly because the music was boring and blah, which made the whole DVD boring and blah. The moves were a bit challenging to learn, but overall, it just wasn't FUN. Maybe if it was set to more upbeat music I would have liked it more.
