VERY GOOD PRODUCT
Had some dental work done recently and was left with some sore spots. After the first two applications the soreness began leaving and is getting better all the time. The taste is amazing. I will admit it is a little drying and I might wake in the night with a dry mouth but that is a very minor inconvenience. Also far better than having to try and apply some kind of gel and get it on the right spot.

This antiseptic mouthwash REALLY works! I developed a few but terribly painful mouth sores which I endured for almost two weeks. As they started healing, another one developed that was very big (it scared the crap out of me) and this one was even more painful and uncomfortable. I decided to go online and look for mouth sore cures but everyone was just commenting to give it time to heal until I went on Amazon.com for something I could buy for the pain. I am so glad I found this because within a couple of days, my mouth sore started healing right away. I used it 4 times the first day I got it and the second day I only used it twice because it was not as bad anymore. After two days it was almost completely gone. I am thankful to have crossed path with Orajel Antiseptic Mouth Sore Rinse.

Mouthwash
I bought it for the advertisement on the bottle and I followed the instructions and it worked perfectly as I was having a lot of problems. I have already bought another bottle

A little disappointed but not let down.
I purchased this due to having sharp teeth and a tongue that tends to push hard on them. I do this when working out heavily and when gaming hard. I have a good habit of using a 20 percent mix of hydrogen peroxide in an irrigator almost daily. The main ingredient in this rinse is hydrogen peroxide. I remember a major study where "hydrogen peroxide was found to be very beneficial when applied shortly after a wound develops or when an existing wound or infection is cleaned the First Time. If continued application of hydrogen peroxide is applied during the recovery stage then the wound may not heal properly". I understand that I did not do this science justice but the general understanding can be made. Hydrogen peroxide is agressive and this is good to clean the wound initially but not when delicate healing is trying to take place. I'm not saying this isn't good stuff because my fellow Amazonites all love it and I do too. I just can't use it too often. It seems there are ingredients that somehow buffer the peroxide subtly. I have tried magnesium based rinses and they work very good and could be used in place of or in conjunction with this to great benefit.

Helps with pain
Iโm from Scotland and canโt buy this in the u k so ordered through Amazon as I had read it was good for oral lichen planus and was willing to try anything, I ordered and it came a week before the estimated time so was supper chuffed, had a nice taste and did help a little with the pain in my mouth but wasnโt the miracle cure I was hoping for, however itโs a good product and fabulous service canโt complain

Ordered 1st bottle in December still have some left but ordered another because of the size and quality . My daughter has been in braces for over 2 years and this has eased her pain of the stabbings and tightening pain you suffer ... I used to buy the "Gum " mouth sore rinse but 4 ounces and the price was just way to high and this works just as well

No pain, heals quickly.
This is the only mouthwash I will use. My dentist recommended it while I had my braces on to help heal cuts on my cheeks as well as a troublesome tooth after a surgery. I also use it to prevent and get rid of canker sores. I used to get them at least once a month but since using it, I only get one every couple of months, usually when I neglect to use the mouthwash daily. When I do get one, this clears it up within a day.

Good product, but read before using
I do like this product. However, it contains alcohol, which is actually the first ingredient listed under 'inactive ingredients'. For some people, like myself (with a radiation-damaged mouth) any product containing alcohol is not a good idea. Unfortunately I didn't see this before purchasing. Personally, I'll go back to using Colgate Peroxyl since it doesn't contain alcohol. For anyone not concerned about this though, the Orajel Mouth Sore Rinse will probably be fine. Any rinse that is 1.5% hydrogen peroxide should be fine for minor mouth irritations and sores. But for me, unfortunately, this one is no good.
