This is a new review. I wanted to change my rating for this oven to 5 stars. I originally posted a 4 star, I have had this oven now for a year, it worked great no issues. Then one day started to have problems maintaining the temperature. Now here is the reason I give 5 stars, after contacting the seller, the informed me that the unit was under warranty , I returned it to seller and they worked with me to resolve the issue, in the end I received a new oven. New oven is outstanding works perfect and controls are easy to use. The seller (Hardware Factory Store) was great to work with, they run an honest operation and stand behind what the sell which is a rare thing these days. If you are looking to buy this type of product I recommend getting here on Amazon and The Hardware Factory Store.
