The product seems high quality but the sizing is hard because the information is inconsistent and the seller doesn't do do exchanges or returns.If you already know your size then do what you gotta do.But if you don't know your size you should buy in person from a seller that lets you check for fit and exchange.

What do you do if you like the styling of a shoe, but the insole of the brand just doesn't agree with your feet. These inserts have been the perfect solution for me. These inserts are slim, so they fit in many shoes. Thanks to the Shoe Mill employees in Portland, Oregon, who gave me the tip.

Fits in all my shoes and it’s not to aggressive for any particular arch.

I have 5+ pairs of this insole. To date, I've been able to wear them in flats, books, and hiking sneakers. They provide a subtle level of support that does not alter the way your foot strikes the floor - which is key. My oldest pair is well over 4 years old which is a testament to the quality.

i have plantar fasciitis so bad in my left foot that i have a visible heel spur.also have started to notice it in my right foot.i have sciatica and other back problems as well so when i have foot pain my whole body hurts more.after careful review of many insoles/inserts and past use of just adequate ones i stumbled on these pedags.my first day using them was an 8 hr shift at work.i had absolutely no pain at all,even standing up from long periods at my desk.2nd day i was very active at work and only a small amount of pain towards the end of day.i'm now at the end of my 4th day and almost no pain in the left and all symptoms have disappeared in my right.they have small adhesive dots on bottom that dont seem very sticky,but i didnt use since i want to put these in different shoes often.even so,they dont slip around in my shoes at all but they are a little more narrow than my shoes.might buy one size up and see if they fit more snug inside shoes.my coworkers also have same foot distress,i recommended these to them.i no longer wince in pain with each step. i feel 20yrs younger.highly recommend

I started a job that required me to be on my feet 8 hours a day. This made my feet hurt and my doctor recommended arch supports. These really work because they are NOT made of worthless memory foam which doesn't support anything! I highly recommend these!

Somehow I ordered the wrong size now I'm stuck with a very small size. It says no return or refund. Smh

海外製の革靴にはこれ一択だ。

いい固さです。きちんとアーチの部分がサポートされているのを感じます。ちょっと(0.5〜1cm)大きめのローファーを買ってしまい、ゆるかったのでサイズ調整andクッション性を狙って買いましたが、なかなか良かったです。ハーフソールなので、つま先の部分を圧迫しないのもGOOD。また、デザイン性も高級感があり、革靴にマッチします。黒もあれば欲しいです。

仕事の靴には、以前からよく使用してます。アーチサポートが高く硬めなので足がブレにくく、しっかり支えてくれる感じです。本革なので汗を吸うのも良い点です。

つま先が狭くなるのがいやだったので、この商品を選びました。踵が安定して、足が前に滑らなくなりとても履きやすくなりました。

サイズにそんなに気にしなく使用が出来ますし、足も気軽い感じです。
