Excellent!
This was recommended by our vet, for our 7 year old arthiritic black lab about 6 months ago now. Since he loved it so much the first time I put 1 teaspoon upon his kibble, I also give it to our 2 year old black lab now - as far as I can tell, there is no downside to supplementing this. Their coats have improved so much omg. Dandruff, shedding and itching? Psshh thing of the past. Adding this to the comprehensive arthiritis treatment regimen that was crafted together with our vet, our 7 year old's mobility and overall happiness factor (if thats a thing? lol) seems to be much better. The Vet complimented both dogs coat, as its so shiny now. We have had no issue with GI issues or stomach upset from using it, the dogs seem to love it, it doesn't have a strong smell. If my vet recommends it, I trust it. I was warned not to give *too much because it can cause stomach problems and or possible bleeding. So 1 teaspoon at breakfast, 1 teaspoon at dinner. 10/10 Definitely Recommend.

Highly recommend
Noticed results honestly right away with our dogs coat. His coat seems much healthier, softer, and shinier. Good amount of product for the price. He seems excited when we top his food with it. So must taste good! He’s licking his paws significantly less if at all now. Haven’t paid close attention if it’s reduced shedding. If it has will definitely update review. Highly recommend this product!

Great Addition for Overall Pet Health
I added the Nordic Naturals Omega 3 Pet Supplement to my dog’s routine and have been really happy with it. I mix it into her homemade DIY food, and it has been an easy way to boost her nutrition without changing much of her routine. She eats it without any issues so it must taste good which makes it simple to stay consistent. After using it regularly, I have noticed her coat looking healthier shinny and feeling softer. It has been a nice addition for overall health support. I also appreciate the quality of the product and feel good about including it in her meals. It’s also a good amount at a good price. Overall this has been a great supplement and I would definitely recommend it to anyone making their own dog food or just looking to support their dog’s health.

Everything is good, wish the dropper can store with the bottle
I personally use Nordic Naturals for my fish oil and I decided to buy my senior dog the same brand. I like that tit has high quality of fish oil and only need small amount each time. It doest smells much and the bottle doesnt leak and easy to store. I wish the dropper is with the bottle so I don't have to use a separate bag to store it and it got messy. My dog love the taste and this fish oil does't make her puke like other brands.

Cat loves the oil and thinks it's a treat, and it works beautifully.
I wanted to wait a few weeks before I gave my review. My cat had dandruff and a localized skin condition that was causing his skin to dry and then break off, taking clumps of fur with it. Very alarming. It really was just a dry skin problem and the vet recommended fish oil. I didn't want to give him fish oil pills because I frankly wanted to avoid the rigamarole of forcing pills down a protesting cat's throat every morning. Cats don't take pills quietly, so we were either going to have to force-feed it to him or break it open and give him the liquid inside. Since we were likely going to wind up doing the latter, I skipped the pills and went straight for the liquid. We also give him dry food throughout the day, not wet food. I wasn't precisely sure how I was going to use this oil because I was afraid it would congeal or spoil and not get eaten in time. My solution was to take a single treat and put it on a plate. I'd take the dropper and put the oil on top of the treat. The first time I did this, he didn't want it: he'd never had the oil before, it was sticky, he arched his back and smacked his lips and acted like I'd ruined his treat by putting oil on it. He wouldn't take all of the oil: he would just eat the treat and leave the rest of the oil untouched. I had to use multiple treats to induce him to get most of it. I was concerned about that, because we can't go around giving him 5 treats every morning just to get him to take his medicine. It's not healthy. Within a week, he not only got used to the oil, he came to like it. It's been a couple weeks now and he LOVES it. He comes running if he realizes I'm preparing his oil + treat dish. Meows very obnoxiously. Won't stop until I set it down. He licks his plate clean and keeps licking just to make sure he didn't miss a drop, so dosing him is not an issue-- whatever I put down, he'll eat all of it. So there's two stars: the cat likes it and takes it without complaint. My cat is about 13lbs, so I gave him 75ml, which was the recommended dosage on the bottle. In hindsight, this was too much, especially as a first dosage, because it made him throw up on the second day. I reduced the dosage to 50ml and that worked perfectly. I still keep him on 50ml. Here's the other three stars: His fur is smooth and silky. His skin has stopped flaking, and the areas that were dry and scabby/scaly are clearing up. That's why I gave this five stars. Three stars because it works, two stars because the cat loves it. TL;DR: If your cat doesn't like the oil at first, act like it's a treat and give them a week. They'll probably come to like it. If your cat throws up from the recommended dose-by-weight, knock the dosage down by about 20-25ml to see if that helps. The product works and I saw significant results in fur and skin condition within three weeks. Update 8/27/18: Bought it a second time as I was starting to run out. Cat is still addicted, and it's still doing wonders for his coat and skin. 10/10 would recommend.

so far so good, but do NOT feed diy homemade food to your dogs!
the current top reviewer jen ortiz says she DIY homemade food for her dog and adds this to it, that might sound good but its a very bad idea. Dogs have very specific nutritional requirements and you should only feed them food that meets the strict guidelines of the WSAVA. There are only 3 brands that fully meet them: purina, hills and royal canin. Everything telling you to feed boutique foods like blue buffalo or orijen or farmers dog or any raw diet or homemade food is dangerous for your dog and have been linked to several health problems. They spend their money on marketing and what 'sounds good' rather than what is actually optimal for dogs. Otherwise this fish oil has been good so far. Haven't noticed any adverse effects and his coat does look shinier. I hope it keeps him healthy. Most people start supplements when their dog starts breaking down, but I'm starting him off as a 6 month puppy, though I should have started him at 2 months when I got him, but hopefully this alongside his WSAVA compliant food and world class genetics will help avoid all the awful health issues other dogs end up having.

Great product! horrible packaging
I got this to help my pit mix with his skin, coat and allergies, I put it on top of his kibble and he seems to have no problem scarfing it up! No diarrhea or symptoms and I’ve been using it for weeks now! As I said it’s a great product and it’s help his skin immensely but my one down side is the container/bottle it’s dark and glass which is great but anytime I go to pour some out a drop or 2 leaks down the bottle, every single time no matter what angle or how I pour it. It’s very frustrating loosing out on product and not to mention it gets all over my counters and is ofc oily so it gets everywhere. But I will still continue to re-buy as it’s helped my dog!

High Quality Fish Oil
This stuff is great! I have to give fish oil that has a specific amount of EPA/DHA (something in the fish oil) to my dog that has severe bilateral hip dysplasia. This stuff was really the only fish oil that met the requirements in 1 TBS, other fish oil I would have had to give her about 5 TBS. It is a little more expensive than other fish oils but totally worth it. Not only does this help her joints, this also keeps her coat extremely soft. We use to give my other dog a different fish oil, and her coat was never as soft and shiny. When we moved her to this fish oil as well, her coat became softer as well. This does not come with a dispenser and it is very messy to just pour out of the bottle, so I just use an oil dispenser which works perfect. This does not make my dogs breath smell like fish, and it only really smells if you get it on your hands (can wash off easy)

いい感じ!
The price is great for this amount of product. It has been great for my (35lbs) dog— his coat has gotten a lot better and so has his gut health. I don’t understand some of the reviews saying “portions for my small dog are not listed” when the label clearly says FOR LARGE dogs.

Hair growth
I started using this Omega-3 for my male cat who has stud tail syndrome. After being neutered, he developed a fungal issue and began excessive grooming and licking his tail, which caused a noticeable bald patch. We did treat him medically (he had a Convenia injection about 3 months ago), but I wanted something supportive long-term. I’ve been giving this Omega-3 daily for about 2 months, mixing it with his catnip stick, and I’m happy to say that new hair has started
